Deep ruby-purple color. Strong black pepper and currant aromas with hints of violets, and sweet vanilla-spice oak scents accented by mint. The Syrah provides distinctive blackberry, licorice and dark cocoa flavors, complementing the currant and tobacco character of the Cabernet. Medium full-bodied, full ripe tannins and moderate acidity.


Pairings: The 2002 Dulcet will complement grilled meats, roast duck and cheeses such as Dry Jack, Manchego or aged Gouda.
