This is a red varietal wine from the Rheinhessen region bordered on the west by the Nahe River and on the east of the Rhine river.
Intense fruit aromas of black cherries and plums with a hint of tobacco. This is a full to medium bodied young wine with excellent up-front fruit that lingers on the palate. Complements a large variety of foods like salads, lamb, fish, red meats or just on its own. Serve cool or slightly chilled.
